"Wild mushrooms and edible plants excursion" Go on an excursion with Jean Patenaude. He will share his tricks and knowledge on harvesting. This excursion will be followed by a presentation on their preservation and a wine tasting accompaniment. $25 (limit of 14 participants)

"Tasting of Champagnes and tapas" Discover the elegance and finesse of Henriot Champagnes. They surpass themselves in taste; the "connoisseurs" Champagnes... Evening hosted by Robert Noël, sommelier and owner of the "Déjà bu" restaurant.

"Tasting of Canadian wines" Follow Mario Griffin, great wine enthusiast, on a tour of Canadian vineyards. Taste a selection of Canadian wines, accompanied by regional cheeses delicacies. $35 (limit of 24 participants)
MONDAY, MAY 31 - 7:30 P.M. - AUBERGE DE LA BAIE
"Introduction to wine tasting" You would like tips on how to better appreciate wines...then do not miss this workshop! Allain Lanteigne, our in-house sommelier, will share with you his suggestions on how to improve your wine-tasting abilities while tasting certain fine wines from FestiVin.

Four course table d'hôte accompanied by a selection of wines. Evening hosted
by Mario Griffin, author of New-Brunswick wine guide "Le Tire-bouchon".

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2 - 8 P.M. - CENTRE CULTUREL
"An evening with Augusto Boffa" Prestigious wine-tasting hosted by August Boffa. This wine specialist will introduce you to the wine flavours of the Piedmontese vineyard "Pio Cesare". These wines will be accompanied by the culinary creations of
Robert Noël, sommelier and restaurateur. $125 (limit of 24 participants)
THURSDAY, JUNE 3 - 7 P.M. - GRAINS DE FOLIE
"Tasting of "Hope Family" house wines" Join Méliza Jalbert, Canadian representative of these California vineyards, in a tasting of the "Treana and Liberty School" wines. $35 (limit of 24 participants)
FRIDAY, JUNE 4 - CARREFOUR DE LA MER
7:30 - 10 P.M. : "Grand tasting" Exceptional selection of wines, imported beers and microbrews, with samples of regional products or seafood. A unique occasion to sample several wines which will not be available in New Brunswick liquor stores until after FestiVin. Admission $37
8:30 P.M. - 1 A.M. : "Cave à Vin / Salon Porto" A small, cosy nook where you can taste great wines at affordable prices. Admission $7

7:30 - 9:30 P.M. : "Grand tasting" Exceptional selection of wines, imported beers and micro-brews, with samples of regional products or seafood. A unique occasion to sample several wines which will not be available in New Brunswick liquor stores until after FestiVin. Admission $47, including show
8:30 P.M. - 1 A.M. : "Cave à Vin / Salon Porto" A small, cosy nook where you can taste great wines at affordable prices. Admission $7
10 P.M. - 1 A.M. : Show with "Body Groove" 3 vocalist ,1 male, 2 females accompanied by 4 musicians, all full of energy and talent. They perform all the success of the last 4 decades "Soul, Rythm & Blues, Rock, Disco, Dance and Top-40, name it they'll perform it.
